1. your song
Only submit songs you wrote, own, or have permission to share. By submitting, you confirm you have the rights to let your song be played and reviewed live on Twitch and TikTok, and in saved clips of the stream.
Saved streams and clips may get muted or flagged by Twitch or TikTok for copyright reasons, even when you have permission. That's outside my control.
2. what i won't play
I can refuse or skip any song that's hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, promotes violence, or that I believe is stolen or AI-copied from someone else. If a paid skip is refused for one of these reasons, I may refund it at my discretion.
3. honest reviews
Every review is my honest opinion. Paying for a skip, tipping, or booking gets you heard sooner or gets you more of my time. It does not buy a good review.
4. skips & the queue
Legend Skip goes to the front of the whole line. Super Skip goes ahead of free songs and regular Skips. Skip goes ahead of free songs. Within each level, songs play in the order they came in.
If the stream ends before your paid skip plays, it's refunded in full to your card. Free submissions don't carry over between streams unless I say so.
5. tips
Tips are voluntary and non-refundable. They don't buy a spot in line or a particular review. Your name and amount may appear on the supporters board.
6. sessions & calls
After you book a session or call, I'll reach out to find a time that works. If we can't find a time, contact me and we'll sort out a refund.
7. privacy
When you submit or pay, I keep your name, email, and song link so I can run the queue, contact you, and handle refunds. Your email is never shown on the site. Only the name you enter appears in the queue and on the supporters board.
Payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.
If you sign up for live alerts, you'll get one email when I go live (at most once a day). You can unsubscribe from any alert email.
Want your info removed? Email me and I'll delete it.
